Sani Asterias is home to the Sani Resort’s signature gourmet restaurant, Water Restaurant. The restaurant promises an enchanting culinary journey crafted by three Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Using only the freshest regional produce, the exquisite menu is as innovative as it is delicious, as well as maintaining a focus on local sustainability. The resort is also home to Katsu, a Japanese restaurant with menus created by world-renowned chef, Katsuhiko Hanamure, who has previously been involved with innovative global empire, Nobu.
