Rabot Hotel features 25 private lodges, all of which have been beautifully designed with the perfect combination of St Lucian charm and sleek modern style. There are two accommodation types for guests to choose from: Lodges and Luxe Lodges. Lodges feature a king-sized four-poster bed, a lounging sofa, and open-sky rainforest shower as well as boasting mesmerising views of the vibrant garden courtyard or the Petit Piton. Luxe Lodges offers guests that extra bit of space and are located in an elevated position with magnificent views over the rainforest to the Pitons. These lodges boast a super-king four-poster bed, an open-sky rainforest shower and a private verandah complete with sun loungers, offering guests the perfect place to relax. All lodges also feature a range of added luxuries including an in-room Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser™ and Drinking Chocolate, home-made chocolate treat (refreshed daily), and freshly ground coffee, tea and filtered water.

Dine at the incredible open-air Rabot Restaurant, which has became one of St Lucia’s most popular foodie destinations due to its exclusive cacao cuisine and incredible setting. This restaurant features a unique menu using cacao in a variety of ways including as a light and subtle spice and a delicate infusion. Indulge in a range of cuisine which explores the sweet and savoury nature of cacao in perfect combination with St Lucia’s local produce including a wide variety of fresh fish. The Cacao Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a unique cocktail, such as a Cacao Bellini, while watching the mesmerising sunset.
