Serving up sustainable, seasonal menus inspired by Native American cuisine and Utah's heritage with a hint of international influence, Amangiri's main restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a children's menu in a refined and contemporary setting, with breathtaking desert views through floor-to-ceiling windows or from the pool terrace. The restaurant's four-course 'Spirit of the Journey’ tasting menu with matched wines is a foodie's dream. Camp Sarika's restaurant offers a daily changing menu of wilderness-inspired cuisine from its open kitchen with rotisserie and fire-pit dishes a feature of the innovative menu, which calls on Utah-sourced produce and locally raised meats to create plates with a rustic feel, as well as presenting a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Hiking the striking desert scenery around the hotel is the perfect introduction to the beautiful landscape, and a number of trails nearby are well marked and maintained, and cater to all levels of hiking experience and fitness. In addition to the daily complimentary 'taster' hike led by an experienced guide, maps are provided for those guests who would like to explore by themselves. Discovering the land on horse-back is a fantastic way to get to know the surrounding area, whilst boat trips and scenic flights offer yet another memorable perspective. Trips to nearby national parks and outstanding protected areas including the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Monument Valley and Bryce Canyon offer the chance to visit world famous sites from this luxurious desert base. After time away exploring, the hotel is an idylllic place to come back to - whether lazing around the impressive swimming pool built around a large rock, taking a refreshing dip or retiring to your own private outdoor deck back at the suite, pure luxury awaits.

At 25,000 square feet, the Aman Spa at Amangiri is an expansive palace of wellness...a haven of tranquillity overlooking Canyon Country, offering an extensive menu of outstanding treatments that draw on the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. With architecture that echoes and reflects the surrounding canyons and geological formations, the serene ambience allows guests to relax, re-balance and rejuvenate body and mind. Best enjoyed at sunrise, the hotel's specialist yoga teacher leads guests in a one-of-a-kind yoga experience high above the valley floor on top of a nearby rock formation, and a pilates and yoga studio is available for both group and private lessons as well. A water pavilion with steam room, sauna, plunge pool and heated step pool is wonderfully indulgent and a Flotation Room which utilises colour therapy as part of the meditative, sensory experience offers a unique wellness experience.
