My love for travel started at a very young age as my family and I have always been fortunate enough to go on amazing family holidays within my home country, South Africa, as well as internationally. This left me wanting to know and explore more! I studied travel and tourism and I have now been in the industry for four years and in this short amount of time my work travel journey has taken me to some amazing countries such as Tanzania, Zanzibar, Ireland, USA and now Scotland.
My favourite place to travel:
Thailand – I loved experiencing the diverse culture, food and of course soaking up the amazing weather and beaches. It was probably one of my most adventurous holidays from all the activities I did from island hopping, sea kayaking, the elephant sanctuary, paragliding, quad biking and snorkelling.
The USA – I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing what America is really like as well as getting to explore all the things you see in Hollywood movies. I learned to appreciate how big the country really is and it can't all be done in one trip – you definitely have to go back for more.
