Introducing our agent incentive scheme, My Loyalty Card. We'll top up your My Loyalty Card with a 'thank you' ranging from £10 to £700 for every eligible booking.

How does it work?

Register … Make an eligible booking and fill in our online form to sign up and claim for any existing bookings - you'll need to have your booking reference(s) handy when you register.

Receive your card…

We'll send out your My Loyalty Card card that you can use in thousands of shops, cinemas, theme parks and supermarkets - in fact anywhere that accepts Love2Shop cards. Participating retailers include: New Look, River Island, M&S, T.K. Max, Boots, Argos, HMV, Waterstones, Iceland, Halfords, Beaverbrooks, Alton Towers and more.

You can also exchange the funds on your My Loyalty Card online via the Love2shop.co.uk exchange site for a selection of gift cards, e-gift cards and vouchers for brands that aren’t available through the gift card directly. Participating brands include: Cineworld, UBER Eats, Amazon, ASOS, Tesco, Ticketmaster, Pizza Hut, Miller & Carter Steakhouse, Pizza Express & more.

Activate your card…

Activate your card at Love2Shop.co.uk, we'll then top up your card with your hard-earned funds ready for you to spend!

After that, fill in our online claim form to register any new eligible bookings and we'll top up your My Loyalty Card at regular intervals - you'll always receive an email when your top up is complete.

How much will I earn?

  • Bookings between £1,001 and £5,000 will earn a £10 reward
  • Bookings between £5,001 and £10,000 will earn a £25 reward
  • Bookings between £10,001 and £15,000 will earn a £50 reward
  • Bookings between £15,001 and £20,000 will earn a £75 reward
  • Bookings between £20,001 and £30,000 will earn a £100 reward
  • Bookings between £30,001 and £40,000 will earn a £150 reward
  • Bookings between £40,001 and £75,000 will earn a £300 reward
  • Bookings between £75,001 and £99,999 will earn a £500 reward
  • Bookings £100k and over will earn a £700 reward

 

What's Different About My Loyalty Card?

Not only can you earn £’s on your Love2Shop My Loyalty Card to spend in hundreds of retailers UK wide or exchange your £’s for gifts card, e-gift cards and vouchers on the Love2Shop.co.uk exchange site, but you can also add the monies earned to your My Loyalty Card holiday fund, which you can use towards any holiday of your own booked through If Only…( T&C’s below ).

How Long is My Loyalty Card valid for?

My Loyalty Cards are valid for 3 years, and will continued to be topped up throughout this time - please don't lose or dispose of it.

Why do I need to supply personal details?

My Loyalty Card uses the Love2Shop incentive card scheme. Love2Shop require personal details in order to comply with the current Money Laundering Act legislation.

How long do I have to claim for my bookings?

Bookings must be claimed for within 60 days of the booking being made.

When will my payment be added to my card?

Bookings made from 1 January 2025 will be paid approx 30 days from claiming.
Bookings made up to 31 December 2024 will be paid either 3 months from booking date, or once the booking has travelled (whichever is soonest).  

How can I check my balance?

You can check the balance of the Love2Shop funds on your My Loyalty Card by logging on to your account at Love2Shop.co.uk.

You can check the balance of your My Loyalty Card holiday fund by e-mailing Trade.Support@Ifonly.net. This must be sent from the e-mail address used to register for your My Loyalty Card.

How do I book a holiday using the funds from My Loyalty Card account?

All you need to do is call our If Only destination specialists and advise at initial enquiry stage that you would like to book your own holiday using some or all of the funds from your My Loyalty Card holiday fund. When the booking is being confirmed please e-mail Trade.Support@Ifonly.net from the e-mail address used to register for your My Loyalty Card with the booking reference, your My Loyalty Card number and the amount you will like to use towards the booking.

Can I use transfer funds between the Love2Shop account and Holiday fund account of My Loyalty Card?

You will advise at registration or claim stage how you want the payment allocated, if you decide to have the payment made in Love2Shop funds on your card, we cannot transfer this back to your holiday fund. We can however transfer monies from your holiday fund account to your Love2Shop account. After this transaction has been made it cannot be reversed.

What about tax and National Insurance?

If Only do not pay the tax & NI contributions on your My Loyalty Card funds therefore declaration to HMRC is the responsibility of the card holder.

What do I do if I lose My Loyalty Card?

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you must phone the Love2Shop Customer Care team on 0344 770 9015 with your card number. There may be a charge for a replacement card to be issued. Full terms & conditions of the card can be found at Love2Shop.co.uk.

Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum booking value to earn My Loyalty Card funds is £1,000. Bookings under this value due not qualify.
  • The money accrued on your My Loyalty Card or put towards your If Only holiday cannot be swapped for cash. There is no cash alternative available.
  • My Loyalty Card funds are not eligible for agents' own bookings or for bookings made for a handling fee. Price matched bookings will be considered at the discretion of If Only at booking stage.
  • Agents must make an eligible booking before registering for My Loyalty Card - booking details will be required during the sign-up process
  • Linked or cross-referenced bookings will only be eligible for one My Loyalty Card top up.
  • Payments will not be made for cancelled bookings. Should a booking subsequently cancel after we have paid the incentive amount to your card we will deduct the overpaid amount from future payments until the overpaid balance has been cleared.
  • My Loyalty Card payments do not include employers' National Insurance. Employee's National Insurance and tax is the responsibility of the recipient
  • Advance registrations: My Loyalty Card payments are only eligible once all aspects of the booking are fully confirmed and will only be approved and allocated to your My Loyalty Card once the flights are on sale and all booking costs are finalised. Should the advance registration be cancelled owing to the agreed benchmark being superseded then no My Loyalty Card payments will be awarded.
  • Claimants must seek approval from their employer before registering with My Loyalty Card.
  • My Loyalty Card top ups will be processed at least once a month. Agents will receive an email to their registered email address when their card has been topped up or funds added to their holiday account.
  • My Loyalty Card funds must be claimed for within 60 days of making a booking.
  • Bookings made from 1 January 2025 will be paid approx 30 days from claiming. Bookings made up to 31 December 2024 will be paid either 3 months from booking date, or once the booking has travelled (whichever is soonest).  
  • My Loyalty Cards are valid for 3 years
  • Your My Loyalty Card account details will be shared with Love2Shop, however we will never sell your details to a third party
  • My Loyalty must be activated at Love2Shop.co.uk using an agent's home address to comply with anti-money laundering legislation. The card cannot be successfully activated using a branch address
  • Participating retailers may vary. Full details and terms & conditions can be found at love2shop.co.uk
  • If Only may withdraw this promotion at any time
  • If you are booking your own holiday and wish to use funds from your My Loyalty Card holiday fund and the funds in your holiday fund account don’t cover the full balance the remaining balance will be paid in full by the card holder.
  • Payments towards agents own holidays will only be made from My Loyalty Card holiday funds when an e-mail is received to Trade.Support@Ifonly.net from the e-mail address used to register for My Loyalty Card stating the booking reference, amount to be transferred and My Loyalty Card number.
  • If funds are allocated from My Loyalty Card holiday fund to an agents own booking and the booking subsequently cancels the transferring of funds back to the holiday fund account will be dependent on cancellation charges applied to the booking and at the discretion of If Only…*
